Lisa's one egg sausage omelet

Ingredients
1 medium egg1 oz cooked sausage crumbles1 oz diced bell peppers1 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Saute' peppers in a non-stick omelet pan over medium heat 2 minutes. Add sausage & cook additional minute. Meanwhile, scramble egg until well blended. Add to pan & cook until firm, turning once. Sprinkle cheese over top after turning omelet. Fold and plate.
