Monk fish Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 Small White Onion (shredded or diced)1/8 Cup Soy Sauce4 Tbs Butter1/2 Cup White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc preferred)1 Tbs garlic or 3 cloves chopped2 Tbs olive oil1/2 a lemon (squeezed)1/8 cup shaved mushrooms
Directions
Fry onions in olive oil in small sauce pan till soft
Add butter, wine, garlic, soy sauce, mushrooms, & lemon
Cook for 5 minutes on medium to low heat and serve :)
