Smoked Turkey & Black Bean Soup - 1.5 C Serving

Ingredients
Smoked Turkey Leg1 lb bag black beans4 C water 2 Chicken stock2 T pickling spice3 carrots, roughly chopped1.5 red onion, chopped2 T olive oil
Directions
Saute onion and carrots in olive oil w/1 T flour
Put into crock pot w/other ingredients on low for 6 hours.
Remove turkey leg, shred meat and return to crock pot.
Serve w/dollop of sour cream
