Cucumber Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup low fat plain or vanilla yogurt˝ large cucumber with peel 1/8 c salt-free sesame seeds1 sprig Fresh dill weed1 tsp lemon juice1 clove garlic, minced˝ tsp sea salt˝ tsp pepper
Directions
Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a blender or food processor. Serve over a green salad.
