Ingredients
2 C. whole wheat flour2 C. fat free milk2.5 tsp. baking powder.5 C. egg substitute1 tsp. vanilla extract1 tbl. Splenda
Directions
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl, wisk dry ingredients then add wet mix to dry mixture and wisk to combine.
Spray griddle with non-stick spray and cook over medium heat until bubbles appear on top and they appear almost dry, then flip.
