Spinach Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 cup shredded carrots1 large onion, chopped1 tablespoon olive oil6 cups water1 (16 ounce) jar salsa1 1/4 cups dried lentils, rinsed3/4 teaspoon salt1 t cumin1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, drained of liquid
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for spinach in Crock Pot. Cook on high for 6 hours. Add spinach and cook until warmed through.
