Chicken Salad Dijon with Grapes and Apples

Ingredients
2 c. roast chicken, skinless, chopped2 pita breads, whole wheat, halved2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil3 tbsp. dijon mustard (I use dijon honey mustard)3 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt1/3 c. seedless grapes, halved1/3 c. apple, chopped 1/3 c. celery, diced
Directions
Mix yogurt, mustard and olive oil well, added chopped chicken, fruit and celery. Stuff into a pita shell.

Serving Size: Makes four 1/2 pita sandwiches
