Frozen Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 Boxes - Honey Maid Low Fat Grahams3/4 pint - Strawberries 1 Box - Jell-o Sugar/Fat Free Cheesecake pudding mix2 cups - Skim milk1 tub - Cool Whip Free
Directions
Let Cool Whip thaw in refrigerator. Chop Strawberries into small pieces. Mix Jell-o Sugar/fat free Cheesecake pudding mix with 2 cups fat free milk. Stir in strawberries, then fold in thawed cool whip. Break Graham Crackers in half (into squares) spoon one spoonful of cheesecake mixture onto graham cracker and top with an addition graham cracker square. Freeze for 5 hours or over night.
