Squash Casserole (from frozen squash)

Ingredients
1 bag frozen squash6 fat free saltines, crushed1 egg1/2 cup onions, chopped
Directions
Cook frozen squash as directed. Drain then mash as best as possible with electrix hand mixer. Add egg, onions, and crackers and mix.

Pour into 8x8 casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Top will be brown and cheese melted.
