Homemade Lentil Burgers

Ingredients
2 cups cooked lentils1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs (I often use rolled oats for recipies that want bread crumbs)1/2 cup wheat germ1/2 tsp salt1/2 onion, grated1/2 tsp celery seedswhole wheat flour1 Tbsp oil
Directions
Mash lentils lightly. Add bread crumbs, wheat germ, salt, onion and celery seeds. Mix well. Form the mixture into 8 patties. Coat with flour. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the patties on both sides until browned. Serve as is or in a burger with your favorite fixings.
