Chicken and rice

Ingredients
5 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 10oz saffron yellow rice with seasoning1 10oz frozen broccoli ( can also use fresh)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
bake chicken in a covered dish for 45 min or until done.
Cook rice while chicken is baking
rice- bring 3 and 1 half cups of water and 2 tbsp of butter to a boil add rice stir cover and simmer for 20 min.
Steam broccoli
cut chicken into small chunks like for stirfry mix all together and bake at 350 for 20. Taste great!!!!
