Savory Mediterranean Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 large Red Sweet Peppers, sliced2 large Yellow Sweet Peppers, sliced4 Jalapeno Peppers, diced4 tsp Minced Garlic 1 tbs Olive Oil, Extra Virgin 16 oz Sanderson farms chicken breast8oz Green Mountain Farms: Greek Cream Cheese0.5 cup 2% Milk0.5 cup Daily Chef Four Cheese Mexican blend 4 serving Ronzini Healthy Harvest Rotini Whole Grain Pasta
Directions
Saute' peppers, onions, and mushrooms with olive oil until veggies are tender. Add cubed chicken breast to veggies and continue to cook on low to medium fire until breast is cooked throughout. While this is cooking, prepare and drain pasta according to package instructions and set aside. Once chicken breast is fully cooked, add cream cheese and milk to chicken and vegetables and stir until sauce thins and is heated thoroughly. Lastly, if desired, add in cheese and stir until melted. Serve over Whole Grain Pasta.
