Pumpkin Coconut Granola Bars

Ingredients
Wet Ingredients1 cup Pumpkin Puree - canned or fresh1 Egg - beaten3 TBSP Agave SyrupDry Ingredients1/3 cup Irish Oatmeal1/3 cup Wheat Germ1/3 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut3 TBSP Ground Flax Seed1 TBSP Ground CinnamonAdd-Ins:1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds1/3 cup Almonds, chopped1/3 cup Chopped Dates
Directions
Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
Line a 9" X 13" cake pan with parchment paper.
Mix the wet ingredients together.
Then mix the dry ingredients together.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, then add the "add-ins".
Gently press into the baking pan.
Bake 35 minutes.
Lift parchment out of pan and cut into 24 bars while hot. Let cool and enjoy.
