chicken wing chili

Ingredients
chicken breast7 tbs butter7 tbs flour2 c chopped celery1.5 c chopped onion1 c shredded carrot3 cloves garlic 2.5 c chicken broth'15 oz can diced tomatoes w/chilis2 cans white kidney beans drained1 c hot wing sauce 1 can chopped green chilis (4 0z)2 bay leaves.5 tsp cumin1.5 tsp 1oregano
Directions
melt butter in large heavy sauce pan. add celery, onions, carrots and garlic. saute until veggies are slightly tender, about 5-7 minutes. stir in flour and cook another 2-3 minutes. add chicken broth and tomatoes. stir over medium heat until it comes to a simmer and thickens. reduce heat to low. stir in wing sauce, green chilies, bay leaves, cumin, oregano, beans and chicken. cook on low heat, stiring frequently, for 30 minutes.
