Pasquale's Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
1 Avocadojuice from 1/2 a lemon1 glove of garlic Minced 2 eggs1/4 cup milksalt & pepper to taste2 pieces of medium bacon3 tablespoons of salsa.5 cup shredded cheddar1 flour tortilla
Directions
Avocado, lemon juice and garlic - mix together for a delicious Quacamole - set in fridge.

Fry your bacon to crisp - dry in paper towel

Make up your omellete and fry - set aside

assemble the burritto with remaining ingredients and then sear both sides in frying pan.

Serving Size: makes 1 breakfast burrito for a very hungry person.
