Chicken soup

Ingredients
2 lbs of chicken thighs and drumsticks1-1/2 cups water1/3 package frozen stew veggies (I'd reccomend using more veggies but 1/3 of the bag was all I had left)1/2 cup chopped white onion
Directions
clean chicken and put in large pot with 1-1/2 to 2 cups water, chopped onions and seasoning. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Stir occasionally Add 4-10oz of frozen stew veggies to pot and bring back to boil. reduce heat. Simmer for an additional 30 minutes (or until veggies are tender). Add more water if desired/necessary.
