Malaysian Chicken Curry

Ingredients
1.5 kg Chicken Drumsticks1 pkt 7 oz Tean's Chicken Curry Paste1 medium potato1/2 can Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
Directions
Rinse chicken drumsticks. Peel potato and cut into cubes.
Mix 1 packet of Tean's Chicken Curry Paste with chicken and potato, fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
Add 250ml to 500ml water to simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
Add 1/2 can Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve.
