Yaya's Low calorie Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
10 oz bag carrots (matchstick cut)16 oz bag coleslaw cabbage mix16 oz bag broccoli/cauliflower mix6 oz bag fresh baby spinach1- 14.5 oz can Italian Diced Tomatoes1- bottle Mrs. Dash Salt-Free Seasoning Blend (Garlic and Herb)3-32 fl. oz. Chicken Broth
Directions
This recipe makes 14 - 1cup servings. It is quick and easy. Most of the ingredients are chopped, you will need to chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Add chicken broth, seasoning and all vegetables and cook until tender (about 30 min.). Add addition seasoning at this time if desired. I freeze the servings in individual ziplock bags.
