Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove) Paprika, 0.25 tbsp (remove) Pepper, black, 0.25 tbsp (remove) Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.25 tbsp (remove) Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced (remove) Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove) Garlic, 3 tsp (remove) Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove) Onions, raw, 1 small (remove) Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz (remove) Peanut Butter, chunk style, 0.50 cup (remove)
Add onions to a hot non-stick pan. When onions start to become translucent, reduce heat and add remaining ingredients, turning until peanut butter is melted and all the meat is thoroughly coated in the sauce. Slowly add the chicken stock. Add shrimp. Cover and simmer over very low heat for about 15 minutes.
