6 cups cooked spagetti squash6 cups of California Style Frozen Veggies10 oz bag frozen shrimp1pkg Clubhouse stirfry mix2tbsp Dianna's Teriyaki sauce
Slice squash lengthwise and clean out seeds. Put in a dish with the bottom covered in water. Microwave for 10 minutes. Scrape out of shell with a fork. Meanwhile, put vegetables in wok or other pot sprayed with pam. Steam veggies. mix package and sauce and pour over veggies. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over squash. 1cup veggies and 1cup squash.
