    I had this salad at BJ's, and I loved it so much that I make my version of it at home pretty often without cheese and tortilla strips and using fat free ranch. It is delicious with only 80 calories, 11 g carbs and 1.5 g fat per 1 cup serving. It also has 3 g of fiber and 7 g protein. - 9/5/08

    I make something similar w/out cheese or ranch. Make tortillas strips out of whole wheat flour tortillas and vinegrette with BBQ saue. Fewer calories but still delicious and good protein and fiber. - 3/12/08
