1 lb.- Lean ground beef 10 oz.- Brown rice noodles15 oz.- tomatoes15 oz.- Lentils 8 oz.- water1 tsp- Salt1/4 tsp- Black Pepper
Brown lean beef. Cook pasta 2 minutes less than package direction, drain and add to the ground beef. Add tomatoes, lentils, water, salt, pepper, to beef.
Serve with a vegtable.
