Mighty Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups raw oat bran1 1/8 t. baking powder1 Tab cinnamon1/2 t. nutmeg1/2 t. salt1 cup skim milk1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 egg whites1 t. vanilla1/2 cup each raisins, walnuts1/3 cup honey
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.
Mix wet into dry.
Put in 12 oiled muffin cups.
Bake @ 400* 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350* and bake another 10 minutes.
