crockpot swiss steak

Ingredients
flour (for dredging)20 ounces round steak2 cans stewed tomtoes2 cups baby carrots1 cup bell pepper strips1 medium onion, sliced
Directions
Dredge steak in flour to coat. Place baby carrots in crock pot. Place meat on top of carrots. Add sliced onion and pepper strips, then cover with stewed tomatoes. Cook on low for 7 to 10 hours.

Serving Size: makes 5 servings (approx 4 oz. piece of meat)
