Turkey & Bean Chili

2 tablespoons olive oil, divided2 lbs. lean ground turkey1 teaspoon powdered california chili1 tablespoon ground cumin1 teaspoon powdered onion1 teaspoon powdered garlic4 cloves garlic, minced1 cup onions, diced1 cup carrots, diced1 large anaheim chili, deseeded, deveined and diced1 14.5 oz. canned diced tomatoes, drained1 15 oz. can white beans, drained and rinsed1 15. oz can black beans, drained and rinsed4 cups water4 teaspoons Knorr Chicken Flavor bouillon1 6 oz. can tomato paste
Rinse beans, drain tomatoes, dice and mince veggies.
Saute garlic, onion, carrots, and chili in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Heat one tablespoon olive oil in the bottom of a large dutch over. Add ground turkey, cumin, powdered onion, powdered garlic, chili powder. Cook until turkey is no longer pink. Remove fat with turkey baster.
Add veggies to dutch oven, along with beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, bouillon. Stir well.
Simmer at a slight boil for 30 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Serving Size: Makes 8 heaping cup servings
