Low Carb Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream3-4 tsp. Splenda, to taste2-3 TBS. cocoa powder, unsweetenedChopped pecans for garnish
Directions
Chill your mixing bowl before whipping the cream.
Begin to whip the cream on high speed. When the cream begins to thicken, add Splenda and Cocoa Powder. Whip until peaks form. Adjust sweetness if necessary. Place into 4 dessert bowls.

Sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving.
