Simple French Fries

Directions
Potato, normal baking potato will do. Kosher saltPepperCanola oil
Preheat oven to 425
Cut the potato into tiny french fries, a tad smalled than McDonald's french fries (american).
Put into a ziplock bag.
Pour in the canola oil, salt and pepper.
Massage into potato strips.
Put on cookie sheet with foil, parchment, or silpat.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and flip.
Bake for another 10-15 minutes depending on size of strips and desired crunch.
Make sure that the fries are not lying on top of each other.
Serving Size: 1 for a meal or 2 for a side dish
