4 cups old fashioned oats1/2 cup toasted wheat germ1/2 cup sliced almonds2 teaspoons cinnamon1/8 teaspoon salt1/2 cup orange juice1/2 cup honey2 teaspoons canola oil1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup dried cranberries
in large bowl, combine the first five ingredients: set aside. In a small sauce pan, combine the orange juice, honey, and oil. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Pour over oat mixture and mix well.
Transfer to a 15 in. X 10 in X 1 in baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350* for 20 - 25 min'or until golden brown. Stirring every 10 min. Cool completely on a wire rack. Stir in dried fruit. Store in a an airtight container.
