Brownie Batter (Hummus?!)

Ingredients
3/4 cup chickpea flour2 1/2 cups water1 tbsp butter, ghee or coconut oil2 tbsp flax meal1/4 cup cocoa or carob powder1 packet (about 1 tsp) instant coffee powder1/2 tsp liquid stevia (to taste)1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Bring water to a boil. Stir in chickpea flour and cook 5 minutes, stirring often. It will begin to thicken a little. Put all ingredients and chickpea mixture into a blender/food processor and puree until very smooth. Pour into jars and allow to cool, then if you would like you can add things like chopped walnuts or chocolate chips! I like mine just fine plain though. Enjoy on ice cream, on yogurt, on granola bars... or on a spoon!
