Frozen Mango Thick Shake

Ingredients
Mangos, 2.25 cup, sliced -- I use Dole frozen Mango -- 1 whole pack Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup (remove)*Splenda, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
1.If you are working with fresh mango -- put the pieces in the freezer for 2 hours so you dont have to use extra ice which makes the shake thin.
2. Put the mango pieces + Milk + Splenda in a blender and blend it.

Serving Size: makes 3 and a half one cup servings ( so 3.5 cups)
