Ingredients
1 can chick peas1 TBSP olive oil1 can lentils1 large can of tomatoes1/2 small onionVegetables (red, green pepper, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, experiment!)Spices (use your favorites)
Directions
Just toss all ingredients in your slow cooker on high. Then wait until the vegetables are as you want. You could experiment with vegetables and spices. The lentils are the key, as they give the chili it's meaty texture and taste. Enjoy!
