Amish Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
Applesauce, unsweetened, .3 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tspNutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tspMilk, 1%, 1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 6 serving
Directions
Mix eggs, sugar, spices, baking powder, vanilla, all, salt until smooth. No bumps! Add all milk and applesauce until thoroughly mixed. Add oatmeal. Leave in the refridgerator overnight. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. I made these in a muffin tin, so I had smaller servings and less baking time.
