Ingredients
TurkeyEgg beaters45 cal Sara Lee breadHummus
Directions
Heat pan on medium heat. Pour 3/4 cup Egg Beaters (3 eggs) into pan, cook to your liking (I make mine omelet style).

Meanwhile, place slice of bread on plate and spread 1Tbs hummus on bread. Add cooked eggs on top of bread, top with two slices of turkey.

Voila! Delicious!
