1 Orowheat Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin2 T Pizza Sauce (I use the HEB brand Hill Country Fare)6 Hormel Turkey Pepperoni Slices1/3 C Weight Watchers Four Cheese Italian Blend
Take one sandwich thin, peel apart each half, place in toaster and toast until the thin is toasted to your preference.
Preheat your oven broiler on the Low setting. Put toasted sandwich thins on a pan. (Outside part of the bread facing up.)
Use a tablespoon of sauces on each thin and spread evenly.
Next put the toppings on. I usually put the cheese on first splitting it evenly between it thin and then the pepperoni, but to each their own.
Put in the oven and broil until pepperoni starts crisping and the cheese is melting. This usually takes about 3 - 4 minutes.
