Mixed Vegetables with Cottage Cheese

.5 lb cottage cheese2 cups green beans2 carrots cut diagonally1 bell pepper2 tbsp olive oilsalt to taste.25 tsp sugar or stevia1/8tsp tumeric powder.5 tsp red chili powder 2tomatoes1tbsp tomato sauce1/4 tsp gram marsala
-heat 1tbsp oil in a pan for 30 seconds; add cut green beans, carrots, bell pepper; sugar, and salt; cook, covered on medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
-Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan; add tumeric powder; red chili powder; and cut tomatoes; cook for a minute.
-add tomato sauce, cottage cheese, and salt to taste; cook, covered, for a minute. add cooked vegetables and garam marsala; mix well and cook for a minute. serve hot.
