Chicken fajita stew

Ingredients
8 thawed boneless, skinless chicken thighs-any extra fat removed, cut into small strips1 red bell pepper and one green bell pepper, chopped1 large white onion, chopped1/2 tsp smoked paprika1 tsp chilli powder2 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic & herb blend1 tsp salt1 tsp powdered chicken boullion2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/3 cup all-purpose white flour8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded4 cups water
Directions
In a large soup pot, heat olive oil and sautee onions and peppers until it begins to soften a little. Add the chicken and the seasonings, adding more or less to taste-including the boullion. Add 4 cups of water and bring everything to a boil. In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup flour and 1 cup water and beat with a fork until it looks like milk. Add to the mixture, and stir. Add the cheese and reduce heat to simmer until desired consistency.
