Overnight Apples and Cinnamon crock pot oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cp. Steel cut oats1 1/2 chopped med. apple1/3 cp applesauce (unsweetened)2 1/2 cups apple juice1 cup water1 Tbs cinnamon1/4 cp brown sugar1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Line a 5 qt crockpot with a crockpot liner. Dice apples. Add all ingredients. Mix. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
