COOKED CHICKEN (DICED)1 tbl. mayonaise1/4 c. diced celery1/4 c. diced red onions or green onions1 tsp. lemon zest1 tbl. lemon juice1 tsp. or tbl. dill weed (your personal preference)salt and pepper to tasteMix together and serve on sandwich, as a tomato stuffing or alone with avacado slices (not calculated in the recipe).
Directions
1 single serving. Use one pre-cooked chicken breast (approximately 4 oz). Great for Gastric By Pass patients. Good low-carb high-protein meal.
