Chicken Kinda-Carbonara

2 medium slices bacon1 lb Chicken Breast, diced1 T extra virgin olive oil1 medium red bell pepper, chopped1 medium vidalia onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced1 Jar Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce1 tsp crushed red (cayenne) pepper*Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 12 oz
Chop bacon and cook until just crisp. Remove bacon pieces and set aside on paper towel. Drain fat but reserve drippings; set pan aside.
Heat oil in large saute pan; add chicken. Saute until outside is white. Add peppers, onion and garlic; saute until onion is translucent, peppers are soft and chicken is cooked throughout.
Meanwhile, bring bacon pan back to medium heat and add jarred alfredo sauce; bring to low simmer while combining alfredo and bacon. Stir in cayenne. Once combined, add the alfredo mixture to the chicken mixture and allow to cook on low for 15 minutes.
