Gluten Free Scotch Eggs

Ingredients
450 gr minced pork17 gr Orgran gluten free corn crispy crumbs2 tspn dried sagesalt and pepper totaste.
Directions
Hard boil 6 medium eggs and remove the shell.
Wizz the pork, sage and seasoning in a food processor until smooth.
Divide the mixture into 6 and wrap around the egg and then roll in the corn crumbs.
Bake in a medium oven for approx 30 mins until golden.
