Balsamic Roasted Veggies

Ingredients
Summer Squash, 2 medium Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Onions, diced, 1 large Butternut Squash, 2 cup, cubes Balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
Directions
Place all chopped veggies in a large bowl. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and oregano on top and gently toss to coat. Transfer into a glass baking dish sprayed with a non-stick spray. Bake at 400 for 40-45 min, or until veggies are tender.
