Asian shirataki noodle salad

Ingredients
1 8oz package of spaghetti-style shiritake noodles3 oz cooked chopped chicken1/2 c each carrots, asparagus, and red bell pepper (or other veggies that sound good to you) for the dressing;Sesame Oil, 2 1tsp Rice Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce, 1 tsp Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed Ginger Root, 1 tsp green onion (spring onion), 0.25 cupsesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 0.25 oz
Directions
drain and rinse the noodles, and dry on a paper towel. cook the chicken (or get some from your favorite deli counter), and blanch the asparagus for 2 minutes in boiling water (cool them quickly to prevent overcooking)
Chop your veggies.
Combine the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and whisk to mix. Combine noodles and dressing in a bowl and marinate overnight in the fridge.
The next morning, place noodles in a leakproof container, top with the veggies. Mix together or eat bento-style for lunch and be the envy of your co-workers.
