Ham, Potatoes & Eggs

Ingredients
2 T butter12 large eggs1/4 c milk2 c ham, cubed2 c sliced potatoes1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheeseSalt and pepper to taste Melt butter and add potatoes. Cook until lightly browned. Add ham. Meanwhile, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add egg mixture to pan and continue cooking until eggs are cooked through. Sprinkle with cheese. Enjoy!
