Low fat chicken liver pate

Ingredients
1 lb chicken liver1 tbsp smart balace spread2 tbsp olive oilseasoning (garlic,onion powder, seasoned salt and pepper)1 onion3 egg whitesmayonnaise ( i used real mayo)
Directions
spray baking pan with "pam"
place chicken livers and chopped onions in pan
season with seasoned salt garlic and onion powder, and pepper
bake approx 20 mins mixing occasionally
add egg whites that were cooked seperately and mayo
mix and serve
