113 Sour cream, fat free 3.25 cup Imagine Organic Beef Broth - Low Sodium 2 cup Onion-frozen chopped Kroger 2 tsp Christopher Ranch Minced Garlic 16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 1.5 cup Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup-08022020
In Saucepan add 2 1/4 cups of Low Sodium Beef Broth and the spray butter. Bring to a boil and add the Rice. Cook per directions on container.
In skillet, brown ground beef. Add onion and garlic. Stirring ocassionally.
When rice is cooked, add to ground beef in skillet. Then add soup and slowly mix in remaining broth to your desired consistancy. Mix in sour cream. Cook until soup, broth and sour cream reach desired consistancy.
Serves about 6.
