Ingredients
Pineapple Juice, 6 fl ozOlive Oil, .25 cupCider Vinegar, .25 cupOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Ginger Root, 0.125 cup slices (1" dia)Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packedRaisins, .125 cup, packed*Pepper, ancho, dried, .25 peppersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Saute vegetables until translucent. Add mango. Add juices/liquids. Add seasoning. Simmer for 30 minutes
