Veggie Egg Rolls

Ingredients
Egg Roll Wraps, 1 serving Bean Sprouts, 0.25 cup Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw, 3 oz Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Soy Sauce, 1 serving Sesame Oil, 1 serving Chile Sauce, 1 serving Ginger Garlic Paste, 2 tsp
Directions
Place broccoli cole slaw in a bowl with 1 tbs. water and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir in all other ingredients except egg roll wraps. Place filling in egg roll wrap, roll up and seal with water. Place on a cookie sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spray egg rolls with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until crispy.
