Simple Veggie soup

Ingredients
Cabbage (4-5 large leaves, torn into bite sized pieces)Carrot (about half a medium sized carrot, cut into bite sized pieces)Potato (1 medium or large potato, cut into bit sized pieces)I egg, medium or large, beaten.Water to just cover everything.
Directions
1) Bring one cup of water to boil.
2) Add vegetables and simmer till veggies are cooked, about 15 minutes.
3) Season with powdered chicken stock and salt to taste.
4) Beat egg, and pour over soup to create egg drops.
5) Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 3 small servings but eating it all won't amount to many calories!
