Easy Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients
4lb beef roast (I used eye round)1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup1 can Progresso Tomato Rotini SoupWater
Directions
Place roast in crock pot (you may pre-brown if you'd like, but its not necessary).

Pour in soup. Use at least 1 can of water (from tomato soup), depending on size of your roast and crock pot. Salt and Pepper to taste; a little garlic if you'd like. Add a bit of orgegano too if you'd like.

Cook on low heat about 6 hours or until tender. Comes out very tender and delicious. If it needs a little something, a few packets of splenda will bring out the tomato / italian flavors.
