Spinach Omelette

Ingredients
1/2 cup of egg whites, 4 spinach leafs, 1 tbs shredded cheese, 2 tbs salsa
Directions
Put egg whites in pan and cook 1 side then flip. Then put shredded cheese, spinach, and salsa on and fold in half. Cook another 1 min on each half.

Serving Size: Makes 1 omelette
